It was on September 9, 2009. The story doesn’t tell if it was at 9:00 but that exact day, a customisation was tracked in an Update Set named 090909 SHA First Dev. It was a modification of the “Change Tasks” Module: the Aspediens StarterPack for ServiceNow was born.
Since then, Aspediens team has achieved an impressive work, improving the solution and adding functionalities while making sure upgrades to new ServiceNow releases remains flawless (by the way, the latest version of the StarterPack runs on ServiceNow Eureka). They made it a comprehensive ServiceNow’s implementation accelerator. A turn-key solution, a secret recipe, that has benefited till now to more than 100 customers who thus saved time and money.
Following a customisable Employee Self-Service Portal in 2013, a Process Model consisting of a documented set of processes, procedures (workflows) and work instructions has just been added to the StarterPack. It aims to provide the required tool support in the day-to-day work of delivering services. And it won’t stop there, the team has a bunch of ideas to keep innovating and make the StarterPack the best solution to start your ServiceNow journey.
